We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our client’s dynamic nursing team at a beautiful care home which provides residential and nursing care for older people and people living with dementia.
As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered within the home. You will be responsible for overseeing the well-being of residents by ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Leading by example, you will inspire, mentor, and motivate a team of nurses while providing clinical guidance and coaching to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Nursing Qualification and NMC Registration
- Leadership Skills: Previous experience within a similar leadership role and excellent leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Care Planning Experience: Experience in developing care plans and risk assessments.
- Regulatory Understanding: Understanding of regulatory frameworks and best practice guidelines.
- Decision-Making Abilities: Strong communication and decision-making abilities.

- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and support the care team to provide exceptional person-centred care.

- Regulatory Compliance: Uphold regulatory compliance, including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

- Medication Management: Ensure the safe administration and management of medications.
