Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) – Luxury Care Home

£21.50 per hour | Night Shifts, 48 hours per week

Our client, a well-established luxury care home, is looking for an experienced Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join their night team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nursing professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to older adults, including those with residential, nursing, and dementia care needs.

 

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to residents throughout the night. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to a safe, nurturing, and person-centred environment where residents can thrive.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
  • A passion for providing outstanding care to older adults.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to the needs of a dynamic care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with varying needs, including dementia and complex health conditions.
  • Administer medications, monitor health conditions, and respond promptly to any changes in residents’ well-being.
  • Lead and support care teams to ensure a compassionate and effective approach to care.
  • Maintain accurate care records in line with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and colleagues.
