What You’ll Bring
- Qualifications: Level 5 Health and Social Care (Leadership and Management) or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven track record of managing a care home and delivering outstanding care.
- Leadership Skills: A strong ability to inspire, lead, and support your team.
- Expertise: Excellent knowledge of dementia care and the unique needs of older adults.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the home’s operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and health and safety standards.
