Domiciliary Care Manager

Salary: £41,000 + plus bonuses
Full-time, Permanent


We are looking for a dedicated and driven Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to lead and manage one of our client’s Home Care Branch. As a key member of the team, you will bring your experience in health and social care management, strong leadership skills, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a growing team and make a real difference to the lives of those in need of care.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management)
  • Previous management experience in a domiciliary care setting
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving licence

What you’ll be doing:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the domiciliary care service, ensuring that the service runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulations to maintain the highest level of service quality.
  • Service Growth and Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow and enhance the service, expanding its reach and improving the care provided to clients.
  • Staff Management and Development: Recruit, train, and provide ongoing support to the care team, ensuring that staff are skilled, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
  • Client and Family Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and external partners, ensuring open communication and a focus on their needs.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and the financial performance of the service, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and within budget constraints.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting best practices and ensuring high standards of care are consistently met.
