Hours: Full-time, including a mix of day and night shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Care Management: Coordinate and manage person-centred care for residents, considering individual needs, preferences, and goals.
- Shift Organisation: Plan and oversee daily care schedules, ensuring seamless care delivery across shifts.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer and record medication, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date computerised care plans and documentation.
- Staff Support: Assist with the induction, training, and supervision of support staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Collaboration: Liaise with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to ensure holistic care and effective communication.
