Staff Nurse – RGN

£21.50 per hour

33 hours per week, day shifts or rotation of day and night shifts

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin.
  • Previous experience in a nursing role, particularly in elderly care, dementia, or palliative care, is advantageous.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, with a focus on dementia, palliative, and end-of-life care.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring residents’ needs are met.
  • Monitor the physical and emotional well-being of residents, identifying any changes in condition.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
  • Administer medication and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Support and mentor junior staff and ensure the highest standards of care are upheld at all times.
