£21.50 per hour
33 hours per week, day shifts or rotation of day and night shifts

What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Previous experience in a nursing role, particularly in elderly care, dementia, or palliative care, is advantageous.
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, with a focus on dementia, palliative, and end-of-life care.
- Develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring residents’ needs are met.
- Monitor the physical and emotional well-being of residents, identifying any changes in condition.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Support and mentor junior staff and ensure the highest standards of care are upheld at all times.
