Staff Nurse (RGN)

Day Shifts,33 hours per week - £21 per hour

Our client, a well-established care home with a Good CQC rating, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse (RGN qualified) to join their supportive team. This modern, purpose-built service provides high-quality nursing and social care for older adults, including specialist dementia care. With a stable and experienced workforce, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a positive and person-centred environment.

 

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the well-being of residents by delivering exceptional clinical care during day shifts. You will work as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team, supporting individuals with diverse care needs while promoting dignity and independence.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC registration.
  • Experience or a keen interest in dementia care and older adult services.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a person-centred approach.
  • A team player who is adaptable and committed to delivering high standards of care.
