Our client, a well-respected nursing home with a Good CQC rating, is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join their team. This service provides general nursing, EMI nursing, and residential care, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment for older adults.

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents. Working day shifts (33 hours per week), you will support residents with their clinical and personal care needs while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being.

What We’re Looking For

• A Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
• A commitment to providing person-centred, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• A compassionate and patient-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and monitor high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external healthcare professionals.
• Administer medication safely and in line with best practices.
• Maintain accurate care records and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
• Support and mentor care staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
