Staff Nurse – Night Shifts
Hourly Rate: £23.50
Full-Time, 48 hours per week

What We’re Looking For

  • A registered nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
  • Experience in nursing or dementia care (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive and caring approach, with a commitment to enhancing residents’ quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional nursing care during night shifts, ensuring residents’ health and well-being.
  • Deliver person-centred care tailored to the unique needs of each resident.
  • Monitor and manage residents’ medical conditions, administering treatments and medications as required.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to maintain a safe, supportive, and homely environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, fostering trust and open communication.
