Staff Nurse – Night Shifts

£20–£21 per hour
Hours: 36–48 hours per week

Our client, a highly respected, award-winning, and family-run care provider, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Staff Nurse to join the team for night shifts at their purpose-built luxury care home in the South West of Edinburgh. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional patient-centred care within a high-quality nursing environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
• Current registration with the relevant nursing regulatory body.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents during night shifts.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in line with regulatory standards.
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families, ensuring a compassionate and respectful approach.
