Position Available: Staff Nurse – RGN/RMN

Hourly Rate: £20

Night Shifts
36 hours per week

Our client, a charming nursing home proudly rated "Good" by the CQC, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join their dedicated team. As a Staff Nurse, you will be essential in safeguarding the health, safety, and emotional wellbeing of residents. Key Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Nursing qualification (RGN or RMN) and valid NMC Pin registration.
  • Experience: Previous work as a Registered Nurse, preferably in residential, nursing, or dementia care settings.
  • Knowledge: Strong grasp of clinical care standards, including medication administration and assessments.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities to mentor junior staff and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care, tailored to the unique needs of residents with empathy and professionalism.
  • Administer medications, conduct thorough assessments, and manage care plans, collaborating with the care team for optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate individual care plans, ensuring accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment by following Health and Safety and infection control protocols.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, providing reassurance, information, and support throughout their care journey.
