Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Night Shifts
£23 per hour
Hours: 36-39 hours per week (Night Shifts)

Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their luxury nursing home. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse with strong clinical skills and nursing home experience (preferred) to provide high-quality care in a supportive and well-resourced environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) qualification with valid NMC registration
- Strong clinical skills with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
- Previous experience in nursing homes or similar healthcare settings (preferred)
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment
- A caring, professional, and patient-focused approach

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans to ensure the best outcomes for patients
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively, following clinical guidelines
- Monitor patient progress, responding swiftly to changes in condition and medical emergencies
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and person-centred care
- Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families
- Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate and up to date, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements
