Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Night Shifts

Salary: £38,000 - £40,500
Hours: 42 hours per week

 

Our client, a well-established and purpose-built care home, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their professional team. This service provides high-quality care and support to adults with dementia and physical disabilities.

 

This is an opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive and inclusive environment. The Staff Nurse will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of medical and emotional support throughout the night shifts.

 

What We’re Looking For?

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) qualification with a valid NMC registration.
  • Strong clinical skills and a sound understanding of patient care and anatomy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to work efficiently and effectively during night shifts.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care tailored to individual needs.
  • Administer medication and manage care plans effectively.
  • Monitor and assess residents’ health and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
  • Offer support, guidance, and mentorship to care staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold excellent standards of clinical governance.
