Staff Nurse (RGN)
Day Shifts, 36 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £21

Our client, a beautifully designed, purpose-built care home for older adults, is seeking a kind, skilled, and reliable Staff Nurse (RGN) to join their compassionate team. What You’ll Need
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a nursing home care setting
- Strong clinical skills and a caring, person-centred approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with current guidelines and service standards
- Support residents’ health, well-being, and independence through personalised care
- Administer medication and treatments safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with families and the wider care team
- Monitor and respond to changes in residents' health, escalating concerns appropriately
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and respectful environment
