- NMC Registration: Must be a registered nurse with an active NMC PIN.
- Mental Health Nursing Experience: Extensive experience in acute mental health care, including working with complex mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership: Oversee the care and treatment of individuals with acute and complex mental health conditions.
- Care Planning: Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Team Support: Lead, mentor, and support junior nurses and care staff to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
- Patient Advocacy: Promote a compassionate and respectful environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure the service meets all regulatory requirements, supporting the team in maintaining a good CQC rating.
