- Registration: Valid and clear NMC Pin and a nursing qualification - RMN (Mental Health) or RNLD (Learning Disability)

Your day-to-day:
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement the hospital’s strategic goals.
- Clinical & Operational Leadership: Provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership, acting as a visible role model, mentor, and guide to staff.
- Performance Oversight: Oversee the performance and governance of clinical departments, ensuring that care is delivered with excellence.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Drive an effective multidisciplinary approach, promoting positive working relationships across all teams.
- Deputising for Hospital Director: Support the Hospital Director by taking on key responsibilities in their absence.
- Resource Management: Lead and manage clinical services to ensure optimal resource utilisation, including staffing, budgeting, and equipment.
- Standards and Conduct: Uphold standards in accordance with professional codes of conduct, initiating improvements and addressing any deviations.
- On-Call Duties: Participate in on-call duties as part of the hospital's Senior Management Team, ensuring service continuity and high-quality care.
