Staff Nurse (RNLD/RMN) – £22 per hour + Paid Breaks
Specialist Learning Disabilities Service – Day & Night Shift Rotation – Full-Time

Our client, a small and welcoming specialist service supporting adults with learning disabilities and related conditions, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join their dedicated team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a specialist setting. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will support residents' complex needs while promoting their well-being, independence, and dignity. The role involves a rotation of day and night shifts, ensuring continuity of care and a consistent, supportive environment.
What We’re Looking For
- RNLD or RMN qualification (RGNs with relevant experience in learning disabilities or Mental Health are welcomed to apply).
- A compassionate, person-centred approach, with a passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in managing complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring the needs of each resident are met.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans.
- Administer medication safely and effectively, following best practice guidelines.
