Staff Nurse

Hourly Rate: £20 - £21 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week, Day Shifts

As a Staff Nurse, you'll play an essential role in providing exceptional care to residents, with a focus on nursing, dementia and palliative care. You’ll ensure that all residents receive person-centred care tailored to their individual needs. Working in a supportive environment, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated team, ensuring that every resident feels valued and cared for.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC registration.
  • Experience or a keen interest in dementia and palliative care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

What your day will look like

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, focusing on dementia and palliative care.
  • Develop, implement, and review person-centred care plans, regularly assessing the needs of residents.
  • Provide compassionate and dignified support to residents and their families, ensuring a positive and respectful environment.
  • Collaborate with the wider care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Administer medications and carry out clinical duties, ensuring all records are maintained accurately.
  • Lead shifts and support junior staff, ensuring a high standard of care and a safe environment for both residents and team members.
