Staff Nurse – Day Shifts

Salary: £20.50 per hour (rising after probation)
Hours: 36–48 hours per week

Our client, a luxury care home, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse (RGN – Adult) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse to provide exceptional care in a warm and supportive environment.

  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (Adult).
  • Proven experience in a nursing role within a healthcare or care home setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and a passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in line with individual care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medication management, and self-care techniques.
  • Adhere to nursing standards, policies, and protocols to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.
