What You’ll Bring

  • Valid NMC PIN registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
  • Previous experience in a nursing home setting (preferred).

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care that promotes independence and enhances the quality of life for residents.

  • Provide high-quality nursing care, meeting the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, review, and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring residents’ safety and well-being.
  • Continuously monitor residents’ health and report any changes or concerns to senior staff.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with residents and their families, offering reassurance and support throughout their care journey.
