What we’re looking for
- Qualifications: Nursing qualification and valid NMC registration or a Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Health & Social Care)
- Sector Experience: Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager or in a similar regional role within the care sector.
- Leadership Skills: A strong, empathetic leader with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Compassionate Approach: Commitment to delivering person-centred care with empathy and dedication.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in managing transitions and driving improvements in care and operational standards.
- Flexibility: Comfortable with regional travel and adapting to varying challenges across homes.
Your day-to-day
- Interim Home Management: Take on day-to-day management of care homes during transitional periods, ensuring continuity of care and leadership.
- Turnaround Support: Lead improvement initiatives in homes requiring additional guidance to meet high standards.
- Team Development: Inspire and develop teams to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency and maintain high-quality standards across all aspects of home management.
