Nursing Home Manager – Lead with Compassion and Excellence
Salary: Up to £60,000

With a commitment to delivering outstanding care, this modern facility offers exceptional residential and nursing care services. As the Nursing Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a talented and compassionate team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the home’s excellent reputation, fostering a warm and welcoming environment, and driving continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
- A Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN or a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.
- Previous experience managing a care or nursing home, with a strong track record of achieving positive CQC ratings.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in residential and nursing care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and resident-centred approach.

You day-to-day
- Oversee all aspects of the home’s operations, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and maintaining a safe, caring, and effective service.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional care while achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability and achieving performance-related goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, supporting their professional development and well-being.
