Regional Care Home Manager

Salary: From £65,000 + Car allowance

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Regional Care Home Manager to oversee and support the operations of our client’s care homes. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record as a Regional Manager or in a similar multi-site management position within the care home sector.

The successful candidate will bring strategic insight, strong leadership skills, and a compassionate approach to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are consistently maintained. What We’re Looking For

• Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as Registered Home Manager and supporting care homes within a regional level
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and requirements within the care sector.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to care home managers, ensuring high-quality care and services are maintained across multiple locations.
• Monitor and assess the performance of care homes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Review compliance with regulatory standards and develop action plans to address any deficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement care strategies and programs that enhance the well-being of residents.
• Conduct regular visits to care homes to evaluate the quality of care, mentor staff, and liaise with residents and their families.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in all care homes to enhance the overall resident experience.
