Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Hourly Rate: Up to £13.45

Part-Time (28.5 hours/week)

Our client, a well-established and welcoming service, is looking for a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join their team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a nurturing environment where children thrive and grow, all while balancing your work-life commitments.

 

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their safety, development, and well-being are always at the forefront. With a flexible 28.5 hours per week, this position offers a perfect balance of professional fulfilment and personal time.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A positive, patient, and caring attitude towards children and families.
  • Enhanced DBS check and safeguarding training (or willingness to obtain).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of engaging and educational activities that inspire children’s curiosity and development.
  • Foster a warm, caring, and inclusive atmosphere where children feel valued and supported.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the service.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, maintaining open communication.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of child-led activities based on individual needs and interests.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures to create a safe environment for all.
