Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000
Hours: 38 hours per week, over four days (shifts between 7:30 am – 6:00 pm)

 

Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 to join their friendly and professional team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a nursery that provides exceptional care and education in a warm, secure, and nurturing environment where children can flourish socially, physically, and emotionally.

 

The nursery is set amongst beautiful natural green spaces, allowing outdoor learning to be an integral part of the curriculum. With thoughtfully designed, age-appropriate rooms, the service offers a rich learning environment equipped with high-quality resources to encourage curiosity, creativity, and development at every stage.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Qualification in Early Years (essential).
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting (preferred but not essential).
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and how to implement it in a childcare setting.
  • A passion for outdoor learning, creativity, and child-led play.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and professional environment, supporting the nursery’s values and goals.
