This is an exciting opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic individual who thrives in an environment that values child-led learning, outdoor exploration, and meaningful connections. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children’s development, creating engaging learning experiences, and working closely with families to provide the best start in life.
What We’re Looking For:

- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early education
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for child development, play-based learning, and outdoor education
- A warm, patient, and inclusive approach to working with children and families
What’s On Offer:
- Sick pay (after one year of service)
- Discounted childcare for staff
- Wellbeing support and programmes to promote a healthy work-life balance
- Regular team events to foster a supportive and fun working environment
- Training and career progression opportunities to support professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children can thrive
- Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress to ensure tailored learning experiences
- Promote outdoor learning through forest school activities and play-based exploration
