Part-time Night Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Hours: 24 hours per week (2 nights per week)
£22.25 per hour + paid breaks
Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 Sponsorship
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Part-time Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our client’s stunning nursing home team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents during the night shift.
The Nursing Home does not use Agency staff to cover shifts and always has two nurses on duty during the night shift!
What We’re Looking For
- Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
- Proven nursing experience, ideally within a nursing home or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to make critical decisions.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to elderly care.

Your day-to-day
- Conduct nursing assessments and develop individualised care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as required.
