As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in the day-to-day support of residents, leading by example and providing guidance to your fellow care team members. You’ll ensure that care is always delivered with empathy, professionalism, and a personal touch—helping every resident feel safe, respected, and truly at home.
What You’ll Need
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or Senior in a care home setting
- A genuine passion for providing person-centred care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence in taking initiative and guiding others
