As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in the day-to-day support of residents, leading by example and providing guidance to your fellow care team members. What You’ll Need

• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or Senior in a care home setting
• A genuine passion for providing person-centred care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence in taking initiative and guiding others
