Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

What We’re Looking For
- A Level 2 qualification or higher in Health and Social Care (essential)
- Genuine passion for supporting others and a person-centred approach to care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A flexible, reliable, and compassionate attitude
- Previous experience in a domiciliary or community care setting is desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care in accordance with individual care plans
- Support clients with personal care, mobility, medication prompts, and meal preparation
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families, offering both practical and emotional support
- Promote independence, dignity, and respect in every interaction
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and care coordinators to ensure consistent, safe care delivery
- Accurately record care notes and report any changes in health or wellbeing
