Night Nurse - RGN/RMN

Hours: £21.10 per hour

Night Shifts, 36 hours per week

We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our client’s team and play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents in a safe and welcoming environment.

The position is within a residential and nursing care home in Woodbridge, Suffolk, with a rich history dating back to the 1920s.

What We’re Looking For

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
• Sound knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices and procedures
• Experience in writing detailed care plans, including risk assessments and diet plans
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, including Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLs)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to residents based on their individual care plans
• Updating and maintaining detailed care plans, including risk assessments and diet plans
• Monitoring and administering medication as prescribed, with accurate documentation
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for residents
• Upholding the highest standards of infection control and health and safety protocols
• Demonstrating empathy and understanding towards residents and their families
