Are you a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurse looking for a rewarding role in a specialist setting? Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their expert team, providing high-quality care and support to male patients with complex mental health needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC registration
• Experience or specialist training in mental health nursing
• Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and treatment approaches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing and evaluating the mental health of patients
• Developing and implementing personalised care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Providing therapeutic interventions and emotional support
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
• Educating patients and families on coping strategies and available resources
