£31,500 per annum – 37.5 hours per week

Due to the location of the service, a valid driving license and access to a car is essential.

As a Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care, ensuring patients feel valued, safe, and supported.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC registration.
• Experience working in a mental health setting, ideally within secure or rehabilitation services.
• A compassionate and proactive approach to patient care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A full UK driving licence due to the service’s location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred care and therapeutic interventions for individuals with complex mental health needs.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medication safely and effectively, ensuring best practices in line with NMC guidelines.
• Support patients through their recovery, promoting independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing service improvement.
