Mental Health Nurse

Salary: Up to £41,000 – 37.5 Hours Per Week

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurse looking to work in a supportive and tranquil environment? Our client is seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their specialist hospital, set in beautifully landscaped gardens, providing high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
  • A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
  • Previous experience in a mental health setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Mental Health Nurse.
  • Completion of preceptorship is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with patients and the
  • wider team.
  • Administer medication safely and effectively, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Promote recovery, independence, and well-being in a therapeutic setting.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
