Salary: Up to £30,000 | Full-Time Hours

What You’ll Bring
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering Exceptional Care: Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Planning Engaging Activities: Design and implement activities that foster children’s development, creativity, and independence.
- Observing Growth: Monitor and assess children’s progress, identifying any areas for additional support and tailoring learning experiences to individual needs.
- Maintaining Standards: Ensure the nursery environment is clean, safe, and well-organized, adhering to all safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.
- Building Relationships: Collaborate with families, supporting their role in their child’s learning journey and providing regular updates on progress.
