Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to £30,000 | Full-Time Hours

What You’ll Bring

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices and childcare regulations.

 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering Exceptional Care: Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Planning Engaging Activities: Design and implement activities that foster children’s development, creativity, and independence.
  • Observing Growth: Monitor and assess children’s progress, identifying any areas for additional support and tailoring learning experiences to individual needs.
  • Maintaining Standards: Ensure the nursery environment is clean, safe, and well-organized, adhering to all safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.
  • Building Relationships: Collaborate with families, supporting their role in their child’s learning journey and providing regular updates on progress.
