Salary: Up to £28,800
Hours: 40 hours per week (across 5 or 4 days)

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting children’s early development through creative, educational, and play-based activities. Working within a collaborative and caring team, you’ll help ensure that each child feels secure, confident, and empowered to reach their full potential.

You day-to-day
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress, adapting approaches to meet individual needs.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and events to enhance your skills and contribute to the nursery’s success.
