Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Salary: £26,000

40 hours per week

Are you passionate about early childhood education and looking to make a difference? We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s team and provide high-quality care and education for children in their nursery setting. You will have the opportunity to use your creativity to plan engaging activities that support children's development and contribute to the positive and nurturing ethos of the nursery.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its application in a nursery setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the nursery's success
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their learning and development
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the early years sector

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging, and inclusive environment for children aged 0-5 years
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and experiences to support children's learning and development
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Support the nursery's leadership team in maintaining high standards of care and education
• Observe and assess children's progress, and record their development in line with the EYFS framework
• Work collaboratively with other practitioners to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
• Follow all safeguarding and health & safety policies and procedures
