Salary: £24,500 - £28,000

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Prior experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for supporting children’s development and learning.
  • Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and Deliver Activities: Design and implement creative, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Childcare Excellence: Provide nurturing care to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, sharing updates on their child’s progress and development.
