Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Salary: Up to £27,000, depending on experience

40 hours per week

Our client is excited to welcome an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their Early Years team! As a key player in this vibrant nursery, you will contribute to providing high-quality care and education for young children, ensuring a rich and varied program that sparks curiosity and promotes development.

The nursery features brightly coloured rooms, each designed to promote specific developmental skills with a wide range of engaging toys and equipment. Each space fosters a stimulating, safe, and comfortable environment, allowing children to explore and grow in a friendly and nurturing atmosphere.

Essential Qualifications:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for working with children, with a focus on their developmental journey.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a diverse range of activities tailored to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of each child.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with parents, ensuring open communication to support the children’s best outcomes.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s development, preparing insightful reports for parents, and identifying areas for growth and further support.
• Maintain a secure, clean, and nurturing environment to promote both safety and well-being for every child.
