Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Hourly Rate: Up to £13.30, depending on experience
40 hours per week
Are you a motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for creating a fun learning environment for young children? We are looking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s Early Years team and play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and education to children.
Qualifications
- Level 3 in Early Years or above, showcasing a solid understanding of early years education and development
- Demonstrate proven experience as a Nursery Practitioner
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of child development and early years education
- Showcase outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective interaction with children, parents, colleagues, and professionals
- Show genuine passion for creating an inclusive and diverse learning environment, actively championing equality and diversity
- Display the ability to work collaboratively within a dedicated team, contributing to a positive work culture and the achievement of shared goals

Responsibilities
- Cultivate a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere that ensures the safety and security of all children in the nursery
- Plan and deliver a diverse range of engaging and educational activities tailored to promote learning and development for children
- Evaluate children's progress, maintain detailed records, and provide regular feedback to parents on their child's development and achievements
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
- Uphold a clean, tidy, and safe environment while implementing health and safety guidelines to safeguard the well-being of the children
- Establish strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and carers, actively involving them in their child's learning journey
- Adhere meticulously to safeguarding procedures, prioritizing the welfare of children and identifying any child protection concerns
