Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Full-Time or Part-Time

• 40 hours per week, across 5 or 4 days
• 20 hours per week, across 2 or 3 days

Salary: £27,000-£29,000

Our client is seeking a nurturing and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a safe and inclusive environment for young children to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Level 3 Childcare Qualification or equivalent
• Experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood setting
• A solid understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace

Responsibilities

• Supervising and monitoring the safety of children in our care
• Planning and implementing stimulating activities to support children's learning and development
• Building positive and supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Keeping accurate records of children’s progress and development
• Collaborating with other staff members to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting learning environment
