What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) – Essential
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development principles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for creating a stimulating and safe learning environment
