Our client, a well-established and nurturing early years service, is looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. Set in a beautiful environment with a woodland garden and fun, age-specific rooms, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a setting that truly values play-based learning and child development.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and thrive. Working closely with a supportive team, you will help to foster a safe and engaging space for young minds to grow, ensuring that each child’s individual needs are met with care and enthusiasm.

What You’ll Need

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children in an early years setting
• A warm, patient, and nurturing approach to childcare
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and education to children in line with EYFS guidelines
• Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to different age groups
• Supporting children’s emotional and social development through positive interactions
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all children
• Building strong relationships with families to support each child’s progress
• Observing and assessing children’s development, ensuring their needs are met
• Working collaboratively with a friendly and professional team
