Our client, a well-established luxury care home, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Chef to lead their dedicated kitchen team. The Head Chef will oversee all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring that residents enjoy delicious and well-balanced meals tailored to their dietary needs and preferences. Managing a team of chefs and kitchen assistants, the successful candidate will inspire and support their colleagues while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation.

- Experience: Experience in a similar Head Chef or senior kitchen role, ideally within a care home setting or hospitality environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen assistants, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Menu Planning: Plan and prepare nutritious, appetising meals that cater to a range of dietary requirements.
- Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and safety standards, complying with food hygiene regulations.
- Stock & Budget Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage budgets effectively.
- Collaboration with Care Teams: Work closely with care teams to adapt menus to residents' needs and preferences.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen.
