What We’re Looking For
- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) – essential
- Proven management experience within a domiciliary or social care setting
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with compassion and professionalism

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational management of the domiciliary care branch, ensuring excellent service delivery
