Our client is in search of a driven Deputy Nursery Room Leader to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting the Room Leader with the day-to-day management and operation of the Room, ensuring the highest standards of care and learning are maintained.
Qualifications
- Level 3 in Early Years and above
- Demonstrable experience in a nursery or early years setting, showcasing your passion for nurturing and educating young children
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong connections with children, parents, and colleagues
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead by example

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Room Leader to supervise and guide nursery staff, ensuring a supportive and cohesive team environment

- Uphold a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for the children, promoting their well-being and growth

- Assist in the training and professional development of nursery staff, promoting continuous learning and improvement
