What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding practices, and nursery compliance requirements.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver the highest standards of care.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with families, staff, and external agencies.

- Support the Nursery Manager in the operational management of the nursery.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of nursery practitioners to achieve excellence in childcare.
