What We’re Looking For:
- RGN/RMN qualified and NMC registered
- Previous managerial experience in a nursing home setting
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards and best practice in care delivery
- Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- The ability to make sound decisions and handle complex situations effectively

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and care staff, ensuring high-quality care is provided at all times
- Take responsibility for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including the NMC code of practice
- Oversee care plans, assessments, and staff performance to ensure continuous improvement in care delivery
- Act as a key decision-maker, providing guidance, support, and leadership to your team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date
- Foster an environment of collaboration and communication, ensuring all team members are supported and valued
