What We’re Looking For
- Nursing qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin or a Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager, with a track record of achieving good or outstanding CQC ratings.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and support a diverse team.
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for residents.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets within a care setting.

Key Responsibilities
