What We’re Looking For
- A registered nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Proven senior experience in a clinical or leadership role within a nursing care setting.
- In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, regulatory standards, and person-centred care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and support a team.
- A compassionate, proactive approach to care and a commitment to enhancing residents’ quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee clinical care standards, ensuring safe and effective care for all residents.
