Clinical Lead Nurse
Salary: £59,000

Full-Time, 48 hours per week

What We’re Looking For

  • A registered nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Proven senior experience in a clinical or leadership role within a nursing care setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, regulatory standards, and person-centred care.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and support a team.
  • A compassionate, proactive approach to care and a commitment to enhancing residents’ quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee clinical care standards, ensuring safe and effective care for all residents.
  • Support and mentor nursing and care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Monitor clinical performance, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with the management team to drive continuous improvement and deliver outstanding care.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to enhance the home’s service.
