Salary: £55,000 - £58,000
Full-Time, 40 hours per week

What we’re looking for:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
- Proven experience in a senior nursing role (senior nurse, clinical lead nurse, unit manager etc), ideally within a nursing care setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent clinical skills and in-depth knowledge of care planning, medication management, and CQC regulations.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a focus on promoting dignity and respect for residents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with residents, families, and colleagues effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support a team of nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Monitor and assess residents’ clinical needs, ensuring that care plans are developed, implemented, and followed to achieve the best outcomes.
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise, mentoring and supporting the team to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, and continuously improve care practices.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to promote residents' well-being and ensure their individual needs are met.
- Manage the clinical resources and ensure that nursing processes are efficient and effective.
